TideView is a strategy validation workspace for active traders and researchers: import or build a strategy, let AI explain and check the logic, backtest it with realistic costs, validate it out of sample, replay the key trades and keep a reproducible report — before risking capital.
TideView provides market data, indicators, AI analysis, backtesting, screening and review tooling for research and education only. Nothing in the product is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade. Markets involve risk — decisions and outcomes remain yours.
Positioning
TideView: the strategy validation workspace for active traders.
One workspace for US stocks, international futures, FX and crypto, with local stock markets as add-on packs
Advanced charts, Pine-compatible scripting, backtesting with real costs, walk-forward validation, AI research and replay
Built for the loop from idea to evidence: build, validate, review, iterate
What TideView is not: stock picking service, trade signal seller, automated trading bot, guaranteed-profit quant system, investment advisory platform, brokerage or order execution software.
How it works
TideView is built around one loop: turn a trading idea into evidence before risking capital.
Bring a Pine script you already use, or describe a rule in plain English. The AI assistant explains the logic, flags gaps and helps you fix them. Backtests model fees, slippage and position sizing; walk-forward splits keep in-sample and out-of-sample results honestly apart. Replay lets you step through the key trades bar by bar. Every run ends in a reproducible report that records data source, parameters, costs and results, so a conclusion can be rerun and compared instead of taken on faith.
TideView shows its work and keeps its boundaries: it organizes evidence, counter-evidence and invalidation conditions, and it never gives buy or sell instructions, never guarantees returns and never trades for you.

AI research assistant
Explains strategy logic and flags risky assumptions
Organizes evidence, counter-evidence and invalidation conditions
Drafts fixes and variations you approve before anything runs

AI output is organized information and assistance, not investment advice. It never issues buy or sell instructions.
Replay & review
Step through history bar by bar with your strategy marks
Key trades annotated for inspection
Save sessions as notes that stay attached to the strategy
Reproducible reports
Every validation records data source, range, parameters and costs
Reports carry a unique ID and can be rerun to verify
Compare runs across parameters, symbols and timeframes
Common Core markets are included in every paid plan and never consume a pack slot. Local stock markets attach as packs: Core picks 1, Pro picks 3, Ultra unlocks all currently supported packs.
